What a DOT-Compliant Program Must Include

Employers with more than one employee subject to DOT testing may manage their own program rather than joining a combined pool, though many choose an outside administrator to reduce the internal burden.

Compliance Risks Employers Should Know

The consequences of a non-compliant DOT Random Drug & Alcohol Testing Program can go well beyond paperwork. According to FMCSA, newly regulated companies may undergo a new entrant safety audit within the first 12 months of operation to verify that a proper program is in place.
